Recently, a well-known Bollywood photographer, Varinder Chawla, shared some insights about Anushka and Virat's daughter, Vamika, during an 'Ask Me Anything' session on Reddit. As fans bombarded him with questions, one curious follower inquired about which parent Vamika resembled more. Chawla promptly responded, "Anushka." This response, however, sparked a debate among fans. One user skeptically commented, "Isne Vamika ko dekha nahi hai matlab," implying that Chawla hadn't actually seen Vamika. Despite the intense scrutiny from fans and the media, Anushka and Virat have always maintained a respectful relationship with the press. Following the birth of their son Akaay, the couple went out of their way to express their gratitude to photographers who respected their privacy. They distributed thoughtfully curated hampers, which included practical items such as a power bank, a small side bag, a smartwatch, and a water bottle. Accompanying these gifts was a heartfelt note thanking the media for their cooperation and respect for their children's privacy. Virat later revealed that it was Anushka who meticulously selected and curated the items for the hampers.
In addition to their considerate gestures, Anushka has also taken a firm stance against media breaches of their children's privacy. In July 2022, she publicly criticized a media organization for photographing and sharing images of Vamika for the sake of garnering likes. Anushka swiftly responded in the comments section, reprimanding the organization and urging them to learn from others who respected her family's privacy.
